Cookie Swap SOS

So, about a year ago, I joined our town's Women's Club and was asked to be on the "Social Sociables" committee. Since then, we've had a few cocktail parties and dinners, and next month, we'll have our annual holiday party. Everyone is to bring at least two dozen Christmas Cookies to swap during the evening. Sounds fun, right?

Therein lies the problem. Baking and La Petite Gourmess don't always mix very well. But, I do have a few favorite cookie recipes that I'm considering, unless you fine folks have something else to recommend? I want something easy to make but tasty. A recipe that I don't have to spend a lot of time on -- no icing, no sprinkles, no layers. Cookies are best when they are simple, in my opinion, so nothing fancy. They can be pretty, but how they taste is everything. Please help!!!

Chocolate Brownie Cookies
Otherwise, Chris may end up making the cookies this year, and we all know how I feel about having other people in my kitchen....

Here are the delicious cookie recipes I can make in my sleep:

Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip and Pecan Cookies
THE best cookie ever, if I can say so myself. No one can eat just one.

Apple Pie Cookies
A favorite holiday treat, but in portable, cookie form. So fun to eat!

Three-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies (with or without chips)
Chris made these to woo me once, and it worked. Need I say more?
